Architectural scale model making is a piece of art and scale models are a result of intellectual and manual work combined with the use of hi-tech machines and
know-how.

INVESTMENT SCALE MODELS
These models are an inevitable part of the investment process. Their production is characterized with a high level of exactness and maximum realism. They play a key role in the bank's decision of financing a project, in presentations at exhibitions and fairs and in the real estate selling process.

ARCHITECTURAL SCALE MODELS
The architectural scale models are a volumetric three-dimensional enlarged or reduced image of a building or building complex. The architectural models have a number of advantages in comparison to computer visualization: the scale model allows the building to be seen from all sides in details and prevents possible mistakes and defects of the architectural design. Most of the people find it difficult to imagine the building according to the two dimensional drawings and the scale models function as the best illustration of the architect's idea.

SCHEMATIC (CONCEPTUAL) SCALE MODELS
This type of scale models are considered highly important for architects and play a key role in the designing process of a building, building complex or the general working-out of a residential district. In this case the emphasis is laid not on the building details (windows, parapets etc.), but on the building volume and proportions in relation to the surrounding environment. Usually, these scale models are produced in short terms and they are in one or several colours. In most of the cases, the conceptual scale models express the initial idea of the architects. This is achieved through special light effects in the model or through the combination of various materials: glass, metal, Plexiglas, acryl, resin etc.

ART (HISTORICAL) SCALE MODELS
This type of scale models requires maximum exactness and similarity to the building and the terrain. In most of the cases, the work is based exclusively on photo material, witnesses' memories and historical texts. During the production process, a special attention is paid on every detail of the surrounding environment (trees, bushes), streets, facade elements etc. They have to reflect the historical visions of colours and textures. The historical scale model should enchant the viewer and bring him/her back in time.
